The Unfiltering Effect of Grief group is a private membership providing virtual grief support through connection, virtual gatherings, weekly email check-ins, and ongoing resources and tools. This online space offers people who are navigating loss a safe place to come together, share stories, and connect with others who want to better understand their unique journey through grief.

There is no pretending here. No pressure to perform. This is not a place to learn to move on, it's a place to learn to accept this changing version of you; stripping away the filters, pretense, and expectations often projected on grieving individuals.​

Grief is not something to be fixed or hidden here. It is honoured, witnessed, and given space. Something meaningful often happens in the company of others walking similar paths. We recognize pieces of our own story in someone else’s. We find understanding instead of pity and we learn to open hearts instead of staying stuck in pain and discomfort.​

​This virtual group is open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one and is looking for connection, understanding, and a supportive community.
Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, you are welcome here.

Membership subscription remains in affect and will be charged on the same calendar day (or nearest business day) each month until cancelled. This is a safe and private community. The Facebook group is monitored to ensure access is only provided to paying members.
