Grief can feel like uncharted territory — a journey no one every truly feels quite prepared for.

On my YouTube channel, A Room for Grief, we get real about grief, love, and life after loss. It’s a space where we honor the love we’ve shared and find ways to carry its gifts forward — because even in the hardest moments, there’s room for courage, hope, and new possibilities.

I’m not really a small-talk kind of person. I’m here for the real, deep conversations; the ones that might feel uncomfortable at first, but open up so many possibilities. You know, the kind where you feel seen, heard... and maybe even a little lighter afterward.

I know what it’s like to lose someone you love deeply. When my husband died, I couldn’t find the kind of support I needed, so I wrote The Hardest, Not the Worst Year to tell my story and give others permission to share theirs. My channel is an extension of that — a place for honest conversations about grief and healing.
