The Shape of Your Grief | Self-Paced Program

About

The Shape of Your Grief is a gentle, self-paced 6-week program designed to help you explore, understand, and express your grief in a way that feels safe and honest. Grief doesn’t come with clear instructions, and often, it doesn’t come with language. When we don’t have words for what we feel, our grief can become overwhelming, confusing, or quietly held beneath the surface. This program offers a different approach: instead of trying to fix or move on from grief, you’ll learn how to turn toward it with curiosity and compassion. Through short video reflections, guided audio, and a thoughtfully designed workbook, you’ll explore the shape your grief takes, where it lives in your body, and how it moves and changes over time. You’ll begin to build emotional language, uncover the threads of your story, and gently give voice to what has been held inside. Each module includes simple exercises, journaling prompts, and accessible grounding rituals to support you in meeting your grief at your own pace. There is no pressure to complete or perform, only an invitation to be real with what you’re experiencing. This program is not about letting go of your grief. It’s about learning how to be with it, how to understand it, and how to carry it with greater awareness and care. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, clear or complicated, The Shape of Your Grief offers a space to feel seen, supported, and gently guided as you continue to walk with your grief.
